BIOGRAPHY
The Mitchell Brothers is an American music band, formerly known as Rock Creek. Started by Roger Mitchell, the band has been playing a mix of rock and country music for decades. Recently, the two brothers, Roger & Willy, along with Willy's daughter, George, have been performing shows around Oklahoma. They are heralded for their strong vocal harmonies, backed by years of experience. A tight rhythm, accented with classy guitar riffing, is just the right sound to go along with Roger's well-written, timeless songwriting, as well as the classic rock and country covers they perform.
ABOUT ROCK CREEK
Formed in 1989, Rock Creek played clubs and arenas throughout Oklahoma. The band went through several incarnations, privy to play with some of the best musicians in the area, like Oklahoma's pedal-steel guitar legend, Speedy West Jr. (RIP) and fiddle player David "Shorty" Short. The performed at many Oklahoma venues, including Lazy E Arena, Diamond Ballroom, and City Boots in Enid.
