M-CNC opened its doors in 2011, founded by MD Mark Wylde. Since then, M-CNC has gone on to become a precision engineering company renowned for excellence, accuracy, and quality.<\/p>\n

Our continued investment in superior technology, staff and resources enables us to meet the demands of prestigious companies across a variety of industries. The work we do for the aerospace<\/a>, motorsport<\/a>, defence<\/a>, rail, and oil and gas<\/a> sectors continues to grow \u2013 and we continue to meet it.<\/p>\n

Strategic investment has increased our capabilities<\/h2>\n

Continued investment in equipment and software has helped satisfy increasing demands from our customers \u2013 expanding not just our capacity, but our capabilities<\/a> too. We proudly offer our customers 3, 5, and 9 axis milling machining.<\/p>\n

Accredited to AS9100 revD and utilising MRP software, our management systems ensure careful and accurate manufacturing. Our clients can rely on us to engineer products of unsurpassable quality, delivered on time and in full.<\/p>\n

Strategic investment in 12 new DMG MORI CNC machines means we have bar fed CNC turning capability up to 102mm diameter and billets up to 500mm. This is combined with full simultaneous, 5-axis CNC machining up to 2.6 metres.<\/p>\n

We also have the capabilities and experience of machining specialists to manufacture heat resistant alloys such as titanium \u2013 making us the ideal precision engineering partner across a wide range of sectors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our commitment to investment and innovation has put us at the forefront of Industry 4.0, giving us the expertise to integrate seamlessly with a host of systems.<\/p>\n

We are Tier 1 suppliers to a number of companies whose names are synonymous with CNC precision engineering of the highest standard. Amongst these, we count Rolls Royce, Safran Landing Systems, Red Bull Powertrains, Rotron Power, Race-Tec Sealing, and Greenray Turbine Solutions \u2013 just to name a few.<\/p>\n
